All battery packs and modules must be paid for at the time of order.  Shipping fees are calculated depending on your address and if you have a loading dock.  Deliveries without a dock require a lift gate fee.  All batteries and modules are shipped freight you must be able to accommodate a semi truck or make arrangements with the carrier to pick up your battery at there terminal. It is important to check your delivery and note any damage on the delivery ticket with the driver. Also contact us immediately when any damage is found.  We inspect all shipments we receive prior to sending them to the customer.  Assuring quality and satisfaction is our goal but  sometimes shippers do not share this vision.
